Fantastic service, communication and delivery. The shoes we ordered were no longer in stock but we were offered more expensive shoes at the same price as those originally ordered. When I told Maggie, via email, that I had to wait for my son to "approve" the new shoes as they were for his birthday she wished him a happy birthday in her reply email! Little touches like that make you appreciate dealing with genuine people and not just staff that are there for their wage only. Thank you TG Sports, we will most definitely be ordering from you in the future, our package arrived well protected and we even joked that the person in charge of parceling up our purchases must have had a lot of fun!!

However, when I complained to tgsports, I received a timely email assuring that they had contacted the courier company, and that in the worst case I would be reimbursed. I was very happy overall with the customer service and the quality of the product.

I have purchased multiple badminton gear through various trusted online stores from all over the world and TG Sports has been one of the
best in their communication, racket stringing service and undoubtedly their packaging.
They were very prompt to reply to my emails and even phone called to confirm my purchase.
The racket I bought was a 4g Voltric 80 which I had asked to be strung at 25pounds. It was a genuine racket and the stringing was absolutely
superb. Stringing pattern and tension was as accurate as it could get.
Will be sending up my rackets which need restringing in the future to these guys with no hesitation.
I was also amazed by their extensive bubble wrapping of the racket along with a final coverage with a very hard cardboard. Not a chance for
the racket to get damaged at all.
From what I experienced, WAY better packaging than "top rated sellers!" on Ebay.
Will definitely be back with them in the future :)
