I bought a badminton racket, which came in great condition, and with the exact specifications as I had ordered. The only problem was a mis-delivery by the courier company. However, when I complained to tgsports, I received a timely email assuring that they had contacted the courier company, and that in the worst case I would be reimbursed. I was very happy overall with the customer service and the quality of the product.
