Fantastic service, communication and delivery. The shoes we ordered were no longer in stock but we were offered more expensive shoes at the same price as those originally ordered. When I told Maggie, via email, that I had to wait for my son to "approve" the new shoes as they were for his birthday she wished him a happy birthday in her reply email! Little touches like that make you appreciate dealing with genuine people and not just staff that are there for their wage only.
